Overview

JDA Software, is searching for a Sr. Director, Luminate Portfolio Product Marketing. The Sr. Director, Luminate Portfolio Product Marketing will report to the VP. of Product Marketing and is responsible for providing marketing program strategy, sales and partner support for the JDA Luminate portfolio solutions. This position requires tight interaction and collaboration with product management, sales and corporate marketing to ensure that all market facing assets and website content accurately reflects the value of JDA Luminate portfolio solutions that help drive awareness and software demand. The Director of Luminate Portfolio Product Marketing also ensures that direct sales and the JDA partner ecosystem have the knowledge and tools required to create demand and convert leads into opportunities and closed business.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for having a sound understanding of JDA Luminate based solutions and offers across the Luminate portfolio and being able to apply this understanding to properly position these solutions to the market
  • Utilize customer research to formulate value propositions and message frameworks that will serve as the foundation for marketing activities around the JDA Luminate solutions
  • Ensure that all Luminate products are represented on jda.com; positioning JDA as a leader in Cloud Supply Chain and Retail solutions
  • Responsible for having in-depth knowledge and insight of JDA Luminate solutions enabling strategic and tactical programs to drive brand preference and loyalty
  • Responsible for communication to internal and external constituents
  • Develop the foundation for marketing materials such as data sheets, presentations, info/motion graphics, e-Books, digital marketing, brochures, etc.
  • Support the Luminate launch strategy to internal sales and partners through enablement activities to ensure full promotion and evangelism of JDA Luminate solutions to the global market
  • Analyze the competition and develop market size/revenue potential by segment and customer requirements

  • Strong project management, leadership, training & sales support skills
  • Ability to develop strong relationships and work with senior level executives
  • Ability to travel at least 15% or as required

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3+ years of Cloud/SaaS marketing experience
  • 10+ years of product marketing experience
  • Product management experience strongly desirable
  • Previous sales experience a plus
  • Social media platforms/digital marketing tools
  • Retail, Wholesale, Distribution or Manufacturing Industry experience desired
