•You will work in close collaboration with global marketing peers to ensure alignment on product portfolio plans, pricing strategy and communicating our exciting pipeline story.•You will provide senior management and cross-functional partners with strategic recommendations and updates regarding product portfolio strategies.•You will build relationships with internal stakeholders to understand, define and drive key elements of product portfolio plans including market research, KOL engagement, new technology assessments and partnerships and acquisitions.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
•You will need a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of marketing, business development, sales or technical role to be considered (5 years with a Masters)•Experience developing and leading projects, programs, and/or cross-functional teams•Financial modeling and market analysis experience
Nice to Have:
•MBA•Healthcare, medical device, bio-tech or pharmaceutical industries experience•Demonstrated ability to develop and implement marketing plans across geographies and product lines and customer types is also desired.•Technical aptitude would be ideal.•Experience generating new ideas, recommendations, and strategies to support portfolio strategies.•Strong analytical ability to identify and think through all issues and determine their impacts on business strategy.•Experience with market research techniques and ability to draw conclusions from the data.•Exceptional technical and modeling skills with the ability to manipulate large data sets.
