As part of the Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Effectiveness team, the Sr. Product Manager, Nursing Strategy role is critical to evaluate market needs to develop and build a leading clinical nursing strategy for a top global healthcare technology company.

In this important role, you will draw on your deep market knowledge to uncover pain points in the current workflow of nurses and work with product marketing and cross-divisional colleagues to validate those pain points . You will be a key stakeholder in recommending a product strategy to address those needs. You will use your experience and skills to understand the overall competitive environment as well as macro industry trends to help define a compelling product solution.

You must be familiar with existing clinical solutions and point of care tools within the clinical nursing workflow. You will work in a global capacity, evaluating domestic and international opportunities. Specific responsibilities include developing deep knowledge about these market segments and collaborating with a team to define new product opportunities, reviewing and recommending modifications to existing solutions to improve patient outcomes and reduce clinical variability.

Essential responsibilities and duties:

  • Conduct formal evaluation and market research of nursing workflow and decision support tools
  • Define and develop a data-driven (workflow analysis, market segmentation, competitive analysis, customer persona identification) Nursing product strategy
  • Lead the planning, prioritization and execution of a compelling Nursing product roadmap for content and technology
  • Assess internal workflows and improve processes to drive efficiency, improve quality and facilitate cohesive development for nursing solutions
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to manage the development and execution of a comprehensive, strategic go-to-market strategy including value prop development, packaging and pricing models and compelling field marketing deliverables to drive positive and meaningful business growth, including ROI analysis for customers
  • Implement product lifecycle frameworks to ensure effective management of products as they move from concept through retirement

Division Health Location(s) 230 Third Ave, Waltham, MA Qualifications Education:ABachelor's of Science (BS),Bachelor's in Nursing or equivalent relevant workexperience isrequired. MBApreferred.

Experience:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Experience with nursing or patient-facing solutions. Experience with nursing workflows, nursing informatics a plus
  • Experience developing new product strategies and a successful track record of launching them in the market to spur growth
  • Experience working in a cross matrix organization
  • Familiarity with Pragmatic Marketing, Agile Development and Scrum processes
  • Ability to work independently, organize work effectively, conceptualize and prioritize objectives
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to take leadership within a team
