You will also be the voice of the product, both externally to the market and internally to colleagues dedicated to the product line. You will help engineering teams build products from existing ideas, and help develop new ideas based on your experience, and conversations with customers, prospects and potential buyers.

You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market.

The PM role on the Global ID & Fraud team is both strategic and tactical.


  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for Experian’s Device Intelligence capability based on the company’s strategy
  • Monitor industry research and develop an accurate understanding of the competitive landscape, emerging market trends and customer preferences.
  • Be a thought leader through blogs, conferences, and social media
  • Maintain a dashboard updated regularly for the product. Examples of dashboard metrics include:
    • Customer satisfaction
    • Revenue and profitability
    • Attrition
    • Adoption
    • Market penetration
  • Deliver the product by working with Engineering, Program Management, UX and QA
    • Synthesize product requirements via interaction with prospects, customers, sales, and domain experts
    • Prioritize requirements, enhancements and bug fixes
    • Whole product design including go-to-market and delivery model
  • Develop release criteria and ensure that they are met during development and release process
  • Work closely with the partnership team to identify, assess, recruit and onboard global and regional partners
  • Perform product demos to internal and external audiences, and train regional sales and field experts
  • Collaborate with Marketing to assist the development of sales tools and collateral
  • Perform competitive analysis and incorporate results into the roadmap, and assist marketing and sales in building competitive sales assets.
  • Maintain familiarity with fraud mitigation processes and the daily workings of a fraud-mitigation department

Knowledge, Experience & Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience building delivering mobile applications on iOS and Android at scale – hands on programming experience is a plus
  • Experience delivering IoT (Internet of Things) systems is a plus
  • Experience leveraging machine learning systems is a plus
  • Experience in an Agile development environment
  • Expertise using road mapping software, JIRA and Confluence to capture and prioritize release requirements
  • Travel Required – minimum 25%


  • 4-6+ years’ experience in product management
  • Leadership skills - can build consensus and inspire others to become a part of a higher performing team
  • Prior success executing Product Management for a technology-driven business
  • Prior experience collaborating with colleagues across multiple functional areas in a technology enabled business environment


  • Required: Bachelor's Degree, ideally in a technical field
  • Desired: MBA or equivalent business experience
  • Desired: Pragmatic Marketing or similar product management certification
