Adobe’s Creative Cloud Team is hiring a Senior Product Manager for one of our most exciting mobile apps, Adobe Capture CC. This is a great opportunity to steer the future of our unique asset-creation, mobile app. Capture is special in that it creates one-of-a-kind creative assets easily, anytime/anywhere and integrates natively with both Adobe’s cutting-edge mobile apps and class-leading desktop applications. 

As Capture’s Senior Product Manager, you’ll be the product’s leader and strategist; here’s what we’re looking for:

  • First and foremost, a strong PM: someone who can turn feedback into features and pain points into seamless experiences. An individual that’s connected to their community and team through the product
  • A networker: Capture touches a lot of apps throughout Adobe’s mobile and desktop portfolio, you’ll be in a unique position to work with some of the best and brightest
  • An appreciation for design: you don’t need to be a great artist or designer, but you do need to speak their language
  • A team player: you’ll join a dynamic group of product managers leaned into the future of creativity, we’re all only as good as our ability to collaborate with one another
  • A curious mind: whether you’re listening to students, artists, creative professionals or digesting data, you share a want to make their day-to-day easier and elevate their game
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations
  • Proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution

Requirements

  • 5+ years of combined product management in software development (Agile)
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
  • Demonstrated success in delivering software products to market
  • Experience conducting end user/customer/partner/developer interviews
  • Superb communication skills and an ability to present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers
  • Highly analytical with an ability to make decisions using both quantitative and qualitative data
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and bring clarity to them
  • Experience working with other geographic locations
