Sr. Product Manager  Sunnyvale   We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Global Workplace Services (GWS) team to define the next generation of workplace productivity web and mobile applications. You'll be part of transforming a service-oriented organization into a world class product team. A key expectation for this role is to assist the Workplace Performance and Innovation team (WPI) in investigating and evaluating innovative technologies and systems that provide an enhanced employee experience and drive the optimization of Workplace programs.   

Responsibilities ·Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative products ·Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution ·Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers ·Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction ·Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products ·understand the overall vision of GWS and provide innovative product proposals. ·Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are the norm 

 Minimum Qualification · 8+ years product management experience ·Organizational and analytical skills ·8+ years of experience in technical architecture of web and mobile applications. ·8+ years of experience designing user interfaces ·8+ years of experience creating examples through wire frames and mock ups ·8+ years of experience to define solid requirements or user stories for the products.

 Preferred Qualification ·Experience developing workplace productivity products, technologies across mobile and web platforms. A background in machine learning techniques ·BA/BS ·Experience working with or in support of diverse workforce. ·A background in Bluetooth , Wayfinding, Maps technologies.
