You will act as the organizational business leader for our flagship product and are responsible for functional product definition, health and driving growth and profitability of the product. This includes establishing and socializing a product vision that is backed by consumer research and data, conducting hypothesis testing to bring clarity to areas of ambiguity, creating a strategy and roadmap with clear prioritization and supporting the teams to deliver ongoing product improvements in an agile environment. You will be a key voice and influential leader with your cross functional teams including Product Ownership, User Experience, Quality Assurance, Engineering, Customer Service, Sales, and Marketing to ensure execution of a cohesive customer experience.

The Product Manager is expected to:

  • Bring strong business judgment, leadership and integrity; be a tenacious decision maker, able to bring a healthy, aggressive, yet responsible approach to business
  • Advance the growth, health and technology capabilities to continuously improve the experience and set the standard in the market
  • Partner with leadership, designers, artists, engineers, and UX team to identify requirements that influence the product health and business success
  • Work with cross functional teams to design and build out key business components and systems for supporting our benefits platform & partner needs
  • Drive strategic decision making around the business, including identifying new opportunities and business models
  • Passion for data-driven decision making
  • Display an intense focus on achieving both short and long-term goals with the ability to drive and execute an agenda in a fluid environment where we are constantly learning and iterating
  • Plan the ecommerce experience experimentation strategy, planning and running customer tests to inform feature, prioritization and strategic decisions
  • Represent the business needs to balance with the creative, operational, and technical constraints
  • Balance feature/experience improvements with product health: quality, scalability, performance, infrastructure needs
  • Lead competitive research efforts; stay informed about the benefits shopping business landscape and market trends
  • Support buy, build partner evaluations to support needs of your functional product area
  • Foster and environment that creates high performing scrum teams
  • Inspire the growth of product owners and product manager on the team and share best practices across the organization
  • Determine key business goals, metrics and KPIs to monitor and communicate the health of the business
  • Possible management opportunities could be available based on experience


  • Minimum of 6-10+ years of experience as a Product Manager and leader in an agile environment. 
  • Demonstrated success defining, launching, and transforming existing SaaS technology products
  • Experience creating and delivering customer web/mobile shopping experience
  • Experience developing personalized customer experience (preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • Technical background, with experience in managing SaaS solutions
  • Must be able to travel up to 20% of the time (if needed to attend conferences and visit clients)
