Senior UI/UX Designer - Fintech (Full-Time)

Job Description:
As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience and interface of our AI-powered wealth management platform. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will utilize your expertise in UI/UX design, along with your knowledge of the fintech domain and proficiency in Webflow (nice to have), to enhance the usability, functionality, and visual appeal of our product. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge fintech platform that is revolutionizing access to alternative asset classes through AI-driven innovation.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with CEO, COO, engineers, marketers, and other stakeholders to define user needs, business requirements, and design objectives.
Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, including wireframing, prototyping, and creating high-fidelity mockups.
Develop intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces that prioritize usability, accessibility, and engagement, experience building and managing design systems.
Implement best practices in UI/UX design, interaction design, and information architecture to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Utilize AI-driven analytics and user behavior data to inform design decisions and optimize the user journey for investment decision-making.
Design and optimize banner ads to drive user engagement and conversion across various digital platforms and ad networks. [optional]
Create informative and visually appealing infographics to communicate complex financial concepts and investment opportunities effectively.[optional]
Design and optimize web pages to enhance user acquisition, retention, and conversion, ensuring a seamless and engaging browsing experience.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design reviews to gather feedback and refine designs.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continually enhance the goodfin platform with AI-powered features and enhancements.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web and mobile design.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc., as well as prototyping tools like InVision or Proto.io.
Expertise in Webflow or similar no-code/low-code platforms for designing and developing responsive web interfaces.
Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, design thinking methodologies, and usability best practices.
Experience in the fintech domain or with financial products/services is highly desirable.
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions and rationale effectively.
Proven track record of collaborating effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Passion for innovation, creativity, and delivering exceptional user experiences, with a keen interest in AI-driven design approaches.
