Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree in Science, Business, Finance, Supply Chain or related discipline required.

* 5+ years of experience in Integrated Supply Chain and Program/Project Management required.

* Must be a US Citizen due to site requirements

* Must be computer literate able to learn Honeywell systems and tools as well as experienced usage of Microsoft products (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Must be able to travel when required to support program meetings or manage suppliers

Additional Qualifications:

* Familiarity with SAP desired

* Program Management Professional Certification desired

* Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills.

* Ability to communicate / interact with all levels of personnel internal and external to Honeywell.

* Ability to think and drive actions globally.

* Business acumen to align purchasing goals to strategic business initiatives.

* Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to integrate diverse opinions and initiatives, teaming and facilitation skills.
