Sr.Pricing Manager, Margin Management
This manager role will be the head of strategic pricing analytics and go-forward recommendations for the Divisions of TreeHouse Foods. This role leads a team of SPAs in developing analyses, insights and recommendations to identify margin improvement opportunities across the company. This role works closely with the Divisions and Sales teams (Central and Division) to provide predictive analysis to objectively influence and guide future bids and pricing executions and in a proactive manner.
This role will play a key role to the Go-To-Market and Divisional leadership team on all major pricing actions, ensuring the right strategy is in place to meet short and long-term business and financial objectives. The role will ensure Divisions are implementing consistent pricing and trade strategies across the TreeHouse Foods enterprise. This role requires significant collaboration with our Division and functional partners. To accomplish these and other tasks assigned, the individual will demonstrate strong cross functional relationships and become a trusted member of the team.
The manager role will help drive the commercial success of the organization by evaluating and developing the effectiveness of current pricing architectures and identifying channel opportunities within the THS portfolio.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Leads analysis around all aspects of pricing such as estimating volume impacts due to changes in price, promotions, competitive response etc. Leads the integration of internal and external data to drive better understanding on decisions at the business level such as financial and commodities. Present results and findings in PowerPoint and other effective means of communication to directly influence business decisions. Team player and cross-functional lead on departmental projects and initiatives Understands and applies price elasticities and promotional lift factors effectively Understands and applies modeling tactics Proficient at visual display of quantitative information to ultimately drive clarity and context to all stakeholders Natural inquisitiveness to exploring the data, mining the data and looking for insights to drive business decisions Considered a thought leader and expert in pricing to the Divisions

Bachelor’s Degree Required – Type: Economics, Business Mgmt preferred
Master’s Degree Preferred
Minimum Experience Preferred (Number of years and type):
