*** Complete process related projects including changing hardware to improve process results.
*** Develop next gen tool requirements and product roadmap.
*** Plan, execute, and analyze chemistry marathons and aspects of hardware & software marathons process.
***Work withchemical and component vendors to improve process quality.
*** Create, file, and present papers and patents for proprietary technology.
*** Manage projects that change hardware to improve process results.
*** Utilize Eight Disciplines Problem Solving method to resolve process scale up and customer issues.
*** Execute customer demos.
*** Assist junior engineering with Semitool Raider tools, Applied Materials iECP, SlimCell tools, Novellus Sabre tools, and similar electrochemical plating tools.
