*** Execute and analyze results of design of experiments, chemistry marathons, and similar.
***Work with Chemical and component vendors to improve process quality and oversee hardware and software changes.
*** Design and analyze experiments utilizing statistical software packages.
*** Provide technical expertise related to Semitool Raider tools, Applied Materials iECP or SlimCell, Novellus Sabre, and similar electrochemical plating tools.
*** Develop next gen tool requirements and roadmap.
*** Resolve process scale-up and customer technical issues: troubleshoot at client site and conduct in house lab experiments.
*** Lead process 8D?s stemming from customer issues.
*** Conduct customer demos.
*** Create and present papers and patents on proprietary technology.
