Sr PGD Maintenance Specialist - Electrical at NextEra Energy in Cocoa, FL

Position Specific Description

This position will report to the Plant Manager and be based at the Cape Canaveral Energy Center located in Cocoa, FL. Electrical craft experience preferred. Operations and troublshooting skillset for: AC/DC motors/controllers, Medium/High voltage circuit breakers and general electrical maintenance standards. Experience with Maximo, Operations Model Processes and PGD Electrical Safety Program preferred.

Job Overview

Employees in this senior-level role direct a team of production and maintenance technicians and contractors in plant maintenance activities. Individuals in this position lead internal and external resources to Deliver Certainty, executing plant maintenance to achieve short and long term site goals and objectives in safety, environmental, compliance, reliability, availability and cost management.
