The Manager of Payroll manages all aspects of a self-administered off site payroll for North America employees, excluding Nashville. This includes ensuring timely, accurate and legally compliant entry of payroll and benefits deductions, time and attendance accruals, tax deductions and reporting, relocation payments and gross-ups, commission and bonus payments, and workers' compensation payments. Responsibilities also include managing and designing the employee benefits/payroll portal. Key liaison with auditors and other financial partners for audits and other required financial and tax reporting.
