Position Description:
The Senior Organizational Development Consultant, Change Management, is a critical member of the Penn Medicine Academy team and possesses a mix of strategic change management consultative, project management, facilitation skills, contracting and solid experience in relationship management with clients in a highly complex academic medicine environment.

Partners with Penn Medicine senior leaders as a consultant for the purposes of identifying, developing and building organizational capability for change management linked to business outcomes. Facilitates large-scale change initiatives in support of Penn Medicine strategic goals. Independently consults with leaders to understand the issues and challenges involved and can design interventions to develop and sustain new behaviors and processes. Has experience developing and implementing strategic plans for complex systems.

Minimum Requirements:
Masters degree is required in Organizational Development, Business, or a comparable field.  
At least 7 years of experience is required in organizational development, with preferred experience in the healthcare sector, consulting firm and/or service excellence strategy.
Significant workshop delivery and front-of-the-room facilitation experience required.
Process consultation and organizational intervention planning required.
Demonstrated knowledge and implementation of change management theory and process required.
Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning theory and learning design theory required.
Operational knowledge of process improvement methodology required.
