The Sr. Organization Effectiveness Consultant will plan and facilitate specific Organization and Talent Management interventions and projects to support increased organization effectiveness and health as well as lead program/project management of change initiatives. Responsible to assess the need for, design, and lead organization effectiveness interventions to improve human and organization performance and business outcomes at the corporate, cross-divisional, divisional and department levels.
This position consults and contracts with senior line leaders across a broad spectrum of OE (e.g., strategic alignment, organization design, human centered design, change management and culture) and performance improvement initiatives. They develop comprehensive, integrated, system-wide, results-focused initiatives to address business needs. They facilitate delivery and/or supervise external resources in executing key plan elements. The position requires strong business acumen, deep understanding of a broad range of whole-systems and performance technologies, as well as strong change leadership and executive coaching skills. The incumbent must possess range to work across organization levels, functional areas, and HR disciplines.
The position requires both broad and deep technical expertise in performance consulting, organization design and development and team dynamics. It also demands a high degree of personal credibility and the ability to interface with and influence executives across the enterprise.
