The Digital Marketing Business Unit of Adobe is looking for a hardworking, proactive Sr. Strategic Account Executive. The role is responsible for the end-to-end management of named accounts in Mid-Atalantic and its surrounding states. This role will focus on finding, nurturing and closing opportunities along with ongoing account management. The Account Executive will be responsible for the entire Digital Marketing suite of tools and services. Measures of success include revenue delivered and customer retention

This role will ideally be based in Northeast - NY, NJ, PA, CT, MA

What you’ll do

  • Create pipeline and drive opportunities to closure within new and existing clients
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with the client as well as Adobe's internal solution business units by understanding their needs and business objectives
  • Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of our service offerings as well as the existing and future needs of the customer
  • Maintain an active pipeline of forecasted sales to meet monthly, quarterly and annual quota objectives
  • Improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Work with various BUs within Adobe to drive revenue opportunities with the client

What you need to succeed

  • 5+ years of a proven track record of driving and closing opportunities
  • Proven Track record selling complex enterprise solutions leveraging solutions-based selling
  • Ability to forge and maintain good business relationships with both internal and external clients
  • Excellent communication and presentations skills with a top-notch customer service approach
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment, partnering with organizations both inside and outside of Adobe
