This role reports to the Senior Director of Service Marketing at WHQ and is a global marketing role focused on growing service revenue for our PEX (passenger experience) portfolio.

  • Develop the marketing requirements, marketing plan, and sales enablement plan in association with sales and product management organizations
  • Identify target segments, buying personas, competitive positioning and pricing recommendations as part of the go-to-market plan
  • Gather input from the regions / countries, attend PEX Council, and conduct customer research to validate assumptions as part of the marketing plan development
  • Work with the communications function and 3rd party marketing vendors to develop branding, naming, value propositions and messaging recommendations
  • Design and work with the region service marketing team to deploy programs that help to generate awareness and demand for the portfolio
  • The successful candidate will be measured on the profitable revenue growth of the PEX portfolio.

  • 5-10 years of B2B service or product marketing experience within International environment and interaction with senior executive leadership
  • Successful track record in global strategy development, strategic marketing experience, and delivering top line growth
  • Outstanding leadership and communication capacities to work in matrix and multidimensional organization and to liaise with the local businesses
  • Ability to remotely interact with key stakeholders globally
  • Outstanding business acumen


  • BA / BS in Business or related field required
  • MBA or advanced degreepreferred
