The Senior Manager, Human Resources provides broad generalistsupport to assigned customer base andpartners with business leaders to design and implement strategies to optimize structure,processes, and human capital tosupport business goals. This role assists business leaders with developing methodologies to grow capabilities within their organization, and assesses the development needs of individuals and teams. The Senior Manager, Human Resources ensuresHRprocesses and programs advance key business objectives bypartnering withHR specialists i.e. Compensation, Recruiting,HRIS. The position serves as a primary contact for employee relation issues, provides advice, counsel, and coaching to leaders and employees, and ensures compliance with employment law. This is a mid-level manager position requiring minimumsupervision with wide latitude for independent judgment. The Senior Manager, Human Resources will also berequiredto perform other duties, projects, or activities as specified by their management.
