Bachelor's degree and eight (8) years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) or equivalent ASPPA credentials. Demonstrated leadership experience preferred.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as procedure manuals and technical procedures. Ability to write routine reports. Ability to speak effectively with both and external contacts.
- Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference. Ability to concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or form.
- Must have knowledge of advanced Microsoft Office applications and the ability to develop advanced Schwab Retirement Technologies software skills provided by training, within a reasonable time as determined by the Manager. Must also have a solid understanding of mutual fund companies, trading and trust operations.
