BASIC PURPOSE: Responsible for managing all in-house International Marketing projects from inception through completion and develop strategies to streamline workflow. Partners with the offline, online and creative marketing teams to guide resource management and workflow needs to support entire international scope of work. Manages web-based project management system, reporting, and continual optimization to enhance team capabilities. Ensure that project deadlines and deliverables are met. Coordinate/Organize daily workflow of all marketing initiatives to ensure timely delivery in multiple markets - Europe, LATAM, Brazil, Asia Pacific - across all channels.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as a lead for all incoming campaigns and content to Int¿l Creative Services and Marketing departments - serve as a liaison between the creative, marketing, production (print/video), and regional teams to ensure projects timelines are followed and deliverables are met.

Manage and maintain promotional marketing communications plan outlining support across key channels including EM, Web, SEM, Digital and Direct Mail.

Implement tracking of marketing activity and develop monthly summaries for distribution to Corporate and regional teams.

Project manage various international initiatives from start to finish including gathering of business requirements, ensuring adherence to timelines, aligning business owner's objectives and aligning to brand guidelines

Track all in-house marketing projects - develop timelines and schedules, track, and secure necessary approvals from managers and business owners. Resolve task conflicts between various projects.

Coordinate resourcing and job assignments for the creative team and monitor workload. Scope of work includes but not limited to: campaigns and promotions; print - direct mail pieces and brochures; digital: online assets and video.

Identify and report on resource gaps based on workflow, make recommendation on appropriate action plans including adding freelance staff on a temporary basis as needed - manage contractor agreements and budget, ensuring all projects are being adequately resourced.

Manage web-based project management system - making continual optimizations with vendor to improve workflow and generate automated reporting on a regular basis. Collect input from internal and regional teams on how system is working, and lead charge with system by making improvements to streamline processes.

Serve as liaison between Corporate, region and domestic marketing teams to share insights, best practices, and results to identify opportunities and optimize existing programs.

Develop daily report of department priorities which will set the creative team¿s tasks for each day - distribution and workflow for team of designers, vendors, agencies, and multiple international markets.

Handle team vacation schedule on project management system to ensure department is properly resourced.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field of study; or any equivalent combination of relevant work background, skills and experience.

EXPERIENCE: 4-5 years' experience in project management, traffic or marketing. Advertising agency experience preferred in a Traffic/Project Management Role. Understanding of creative components (Adobe Creative Cloud), brand guidelines, and 360 multi-channel campaigns a plus. Working with international regions (clients or corporate) a plus.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: Demonstrated working knowledge of marketing principles, project planning and processes within corporate environment for daily functions. Excellent organizational, planning, project and time management skills to handle multiple markets' simultaneously, and deliver projects within established deadlines and budget. Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated ability to think critically, and align marketing touchpoints for integrated marketing and communications. Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced proficiency with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong technical understanding of project management systems in general (previous high volume environment a plus). Listening, verbal and written (online) communication skills to provide clear and succinct information to internal and external partners. Interpersonal communication skills to work effectively in a team and project-based environment and cross-departmental role. Strong leadership and relationship management skills to manage creative, marketing, and regional teams effectively - a large part of scope of work is working via email and conference calls across multiple time zones. Problem-solving skills to offer sound, efficient and effective solutions. Work well under pressure and maintain professionalism in a high-paced department and offer/retail industry. Ability to easily adapt to and manage change. Comfort with priority changes, adapt quickly to the change, and manage the teams/projects accordingly. Team oriented for collaboration across multiple business areas.
