As the Marketing Manager you will manage the marketing communication and events team, manage the day-to-day activity with agency partners, track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns, manage a budget, and ensure that all marketing communication is in line with our brand identity. You are an articulate communicator with a diligent and reliable work ethic who is ready to help grow our communication strategies in North America for our Stanley brand.
Be the strategic thought partner to the Director of Global Marketing.
Manage a 3 person brand communication and event team.
Represent the Stanley brand communication team in discussions with brand leadership.
Oversee and monitor the social community, brand websites, public relations conversations for voice to ensure that all is on brand.
Solve communication concerns as needed, and partner with customer service to create solutions if a trend is noticed.
Oversee the social content communication and events calendars to ensure timely execution of all activities by coordinating internal/external partners to meet deadlines.
Manage the day-to-day activity and deliverables schedule with the creative agency to ensure that approvals are happening in a timely manner to meet media buy obligations.
Manage a budget.
Manage and drive service agreements (SLAs) and external partner relationships ensuring that we meet all key metrics (KPIs) for our brand and business goals.
Use disciplined media and marketing analytics tools and analytics best practices. Drive reporting frequency and results aligned by business goals.
As the Marketing Manager we ask that you bring:
Integrated media buying and planning skills.
Extensive event activation and partnership management experience.
Proven experience managing external partners and agencies.
Internal and external corporate communication experience, and copy writing skills with the ability to write, and edit in the Stanley brand voice.
Fluency with social platforms and how to use them efficiently.
Passion for measureable results and analytics; able to translate insight into actions to improve results over time.
Team leadership experience as well as the ability to drive change through peer influence.
Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related digital degree.
5+ years' experience in marketing management, brand management or similar.
