Sunnova Energy is currently searching for a Sr. Marketing Manager, Lead Generation Partnerships, reporting to the Sr. Director – Acquisition & Digital. This position will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential partnerships to help build the lead generation program within the marketing team. This person will be the prospective partner’s first point of contact, will determine the scope of lead sharing activities and negotiate terms. Leads from these partnerships may be generated online or in an offline retail environment. The key knowledge areas and responsibilities include: business development, lead generation, lead sharing, sales funnel, conversion tracking, partnership development.
Sr. Marketing Manager, Lead Generation Partnerships Responsibilities
Identify prospective partners for lead sharing/generation
Lead initial conversations with prospective partners and play a critical role in relationship management and deal negotiation
Scope program and establish process with each partner including data sharing, in-store experience, call transfers, reporting.
Be accountable for annual leads and sales goals; Set up KPIs and hold partners accountable for delivering results
Education required: B.S. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or other related field.
Minimum years of experience required: 10 years in a similar role, with at least 5-6 years leading teams and cultivating future leaders in a high-performing, goal-oriented environment.
Previous success in business development and lead generation
Previous experience in the solar industry
Skills in establishing process between internal and external partners
Experience in retail staffing for lead generation
Proficiency in Salesforce
Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to identify and define ways to generate leads and assess the value of new business opportunities
Comfortable setting metrics, creating reports and monitoring sales funnel performance
Strong business acumen
Skilled in leading and managing projects with multiple stakeholders
