About this opportunity
This position will be responsible to support product commercialization, channel strategies and initiatives that drive the penetration and usage of iTero in the Professional Channel to Orthodontists. This role will contribute to the execution and commercialization of product initiatives, including all aspects of marketing such as strategic program/campaign development, product launch commercialization, messaging, and demand generation. Additionally, this position will be heavily involved in developing tools and programs for the channel sales force. Candidate must be customer centric with proven leadership skills to influence and focus cross-functional teams on the right initiatives that will drive business results. She/he will work very closely with and must be very effective in collaborating with product management, Marketing, Sales, Education, Legal, Regulatory and outside agencies.
In this role, you will…
Develop and own commercialization strategy and programs that effectively launch programs for market availability and life cycle management.
Understand customer mindset/behavior and key barriers to adoption and be able to effectively incorporate insights into the development of programs and communications to drive leads for the sales teams.
Create compelling messaging, positioning, claims, creative briefs, sales collateral and education for the iTero brand within the Ortho channel.
Develop and drive successful integrated marketing programs that ladder to business objectives.
Partner with iTero Product Management to define North American requirements, develop claims, and share VOC for potential new product features.
Develop comprehensive plans to gather data and proof points to support reasons to believe.
Field research to improve understanding of customers, with particular attention to utilization drivers; field in-market program tests to fail small and win big.
Understand the incremental impact of marketing programs including ROI analyses.
Track overall business results including identification and monitoring of key metrics.
Work within budget and timelines to execute strategy and programs.
Lead cross functional teams and partner closely with internal and external partners.
Assess business trends, competitive intelligence, and opportunities and develop initiatives accordingly.
Participate in sales/marketing planning sessions as required.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
6+ years of marketing/dental marketing or related experience; experience in healthcare, medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industry a plus
Proficiency with SAP, Salesforce.com CRM systems a plus
Proficiency with MS Office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint required
Regular business hours
Requires up to 15% of time domestic travel
