  • Manage all aspects of Fabletics North America ecommerce marketing campaigns, in addition to driving the day-to-day site execution across multiple segments of customers.
  • Develop, plan and manage all site communications to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
  • Manage team to execute marketing promotions, monthly launches and all site creative assets.
  • Oversee monthly site marketing calendar to drive communication, and react in realtime to ensure our marketing stories are aligned with critical business initiatives and needs.
  • Scale Canadian business by building out custom marketing calendar, reacting to business needs, and partnering cross-functionally to optimize the shopping experience for that market
  • Partner with merchandising to conduct site analysis and create strategy to streamline and enhance site shopping experience.
  • Oversee team’s execution of promo and asset CMS tools to create, test, & QA different types of ecommerce marketing promotions, collection launches, and loyalty programs.
  • Own site experience and partner with Sr. Director of Marketing & Customer Acquisition to strategize communication across site touchpoints in order to communicate daily messaging themes and promotions.
  • Work closely with Creative, Product Management, Engineering, and Global partners to drive and execute cross-functional initiatives (promotions, collections, new site features, etc).
  • Partner closely with all Marketing functions (Acquisition, CRM, Creative, Retail, Social Media Brand Marketing, and Global counterparts) to ensure a holistic customer journey experience.
  • Manage ecommerce promotion set-up and ensure assets are accurately delivered on time within agreed strategy and plan.
  • Enhance loyalty program from a brand perspective & partner with CRM to ensure customer communication is optimized for each segment.
  • Lead site data analysis by establishing and tracking key performance indicators, interpretingtrends, and drawing conclusions to make actionable recommendations to drive sales.  
  • Compile, present and provide campaign hindsight to drive future plans.  
  • Meet online marketing team deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Build strong working relationships with all cross-functional partners, including global counterparts.
  • Document processes and projects and appropriately communicate to the team.
  • Effectively lead critical cross-functional meetings, such as project kickoffs,  campaignhindsights, and KPI analysis
  • Stay abreast of competitive digital marketing trends and actively share new insights.
  • Support in pushing all brand marketing assets live on including custom landing pages and tiles as needed.

Required Skills:

  • 6 - 7 years of professional experience within ecommerce direct marketing (Fashion/athleisure a plus).
  • Experience leading and inspiring a team to learn, grow, and evolve into effective professionals.  
  • Enthusiastic team player with the flexibility to re-prioritize, multi-task and switch tasks fluidly.
  • Self-motivated and takes initiative.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes and software.
  • Proven experience driving marketing campaigns with tangible results.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with ability to hit the ground running.
  • Unyielding desire to learn, challenge the status quo, and improve on processes
  • Enthusiasm for data-driven decision-making.
  • Exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task.

  • Outstanding communication and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics is a must.
  • Experience with ClickTale, Jira, Confluence, and/or similar analytics and tracking tools a plus.
  • Experience working with product & engineering a plus.
