Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop compelling business value content and messaging showcasing Juniper’s entire solutions portfolio, based on the requirements of key buyers, influencers and decision makers within the vertical.
  • Excellent story teller with the ability to translate sophisticated and complex technical capabilities and offerings into clear, compelling, and memorable stories of end customer value by audience type.
  • Develop vertical-specific content that articulates how Juniper’s solutions can help solve key business challenges, including presentations, white papers, use cases, demos, blogs, webcasts, competitive positioning, Web content and sales/partner enablement tools and training.
  • Work with global Field Marketing and the Financial Services sales teams, along with product and corporate marketing, to develop go-to-market vertical marketing strategies to execute high-impact fully-integrated programs that drive pipeline growth, market leadership and awareness. Develop and deliver persuasive presentations including executive briefings, analyst briefings, press briefings, industry events/panels, webcasts, trade shows and sales/partner training.
  • Anticipate and address the needs of various sales and partner channels and geographies.

Required Skills and Qualifications Include:

  • Deep understanding of the Financial Services market, including technical networkarchitectures, vertical business challenges and customer interaction.
  • Strong knowledge in networking technology, including the ability to identify and explain technology, solution, product, and market differentiators.
  • Specifically, should be very comfortable with cloud networking, data center architectures, switching and securitytechnologies, and demonstrate up-to-date industry awareness.
  • Must have excellent written communications and strong presentation skills (samples required).
  • Outstanding ability to work well cross functionally (team/field/product) and with partners and customers.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with strong marketing and project management skills, experienced in cross functional team development in a matrix organization.Proven business and analytical skills to conduct market analysis, and develop and execute GTM plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or consistently beat assigned targets and deadlines.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience with the FSI vertical, including public speaking experience at industry-related events.
  • BS/BA in a technical or marketing discipline required, MBA preferred.
