How Do You Fit In?
As the Sr. Manager, North America Training and Standards you will be responsible for ensuring maximum effectiveness of our Global Member Services functions by overseeing NA Training and Quality Assurance programs. This role heavily interacts with our partner sites that support NA located in the Philippines and Mexico and works closely with their counterpart that supports our European teams. In addition, the Sr. Manager, North America Training and Standards will be responsible for making advances in our training and quality management approach. The right candidate would help evolve our Training and Quality programs by bringing experience, new ideas, and concepts to complement our current environment. This role is critical to the success of the Global Member Services Team.
