  • Leads a diverse team of software engineers in all aspects of SDLC and agile development.
  • Define development strategy, standards, guidelines and best practices for all development in manufacturing applications 
  • Lead functional Specification review and estimation of development artifacts
  • Manage task prioritization and measure team capacity

  • Extensive understanding of functionality within manufacturing execution systems primarily in Shop Floor Control & tool integration required

  • 10+ years of professional experience of hands-on software development in the manufacturing space
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a development lead, team lead or people manger
  • Experience in managing applications in a regulated environment, specially ensuring 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance
