The Sr. Manager, Pricing and Revenue Management- Systems, is responsible for converting all business requirements and operational procedures into architecture in order to design, integrate, configure and optimize Trade Promotion Management solution.
This individual will also be accountable for application design, coding, testing and implementation across numerous activities including system navigation, worksheet creation, forecast engine tuning, user profile management and training, process flow documentation and system knowledge book.
This position will work with a cross functional leadership team focused on delivering data integrity, system performance and user experience, while also closely partnering with offshore, IT and master data governance efforts.
? Deliver vision, direction and execution of Trade Promotion Management solution
? Collaborate with PRM, Finance, Accounts Receivable, Supply Chain and Sales
? Accountable for data integrity across forecast and actuals across shipments and consumption data
? Ensure strong system performance in terms of run-time
? Deliver optimized user experience thru intuitive navigation, worksheet creation and system/process integration
? Provide statistical leadership into Forecasting Engine
? Train user community on navigation and best practices
? Monitor plan and data hygiene across user base
Required Skills and Experience
?Bachelor?s degree in Management Information Systems, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
? Extensive experience with Oracle (Demantra), SQL and SAP
? Technical and analytical skills and strong background in data modeling, data science and system tuning
? Consumer Package Goods background within IT, Finance, Commercial, or Sales is preferred
? Influential leadership and results-oriented with proven track record of delivering against expectations
? Strong objectivity and comfortable making decisions based on facts and supporting rationale
? Ability to influence
