Senior Manager, Performance & Data Analytics:

The leader for the Global Infrastructure Services' performance and data analytics team provides leadership and direction to a small team of developers and analysts focused on reporting and insights on our digital platforms, services, and processes.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee the creation of digital dashboards using visualization tools.
Provide reports and metrics for RTX Digital Infrastructure Services organization.
Use data analytics to develop insights on digital products and services.
Brief leadership on organization's performance relative to collected metrics.
Manage small team of up to 3 or 4 analysts. Coach on day-to-day performance, write and deliver performance reviews, and support administrative requirements.

Qualifications

10+ years IT experience with strong understanding of digital platforms and technologies.
Experience leading or managing small teams.
Proven experience delivering business insights using data analytics.
Experience with analytical tools, relational data bases, data stores, data warehouses and unstructured data.
Strong relationship building and ability to partner to deliver high-quality experiences, tools, and solutions.

Desired Skills

Agile or Safe certification/training
Six Sigma and/or Lean certification/training

Education:

10 Years Experience with BS or BA Degree in a technical program desired or Advanced Degree with 8 years experience desired
