The Sr. Partner Program Manager works with the Director of Partner Programs to Conceive and Implement Infoblox Partner Programs for our core programs, including SaaS.
Responsibilities:
- Works closely with channel partners, Infoblox finance, and global sales management to create and refine programs to align with expected outcomes and strategic goals
- Deliver findings and recommendations on the performance of program outcomes against targets. Work in conjunction with Program Director to identify areas of improvement/ address issues
- Secure cross-functional alignment with key stakeholders
- Develop financial business case models to justify proposed incentives & ongoing success measurement
- Manage Infoblox’s discount matrix with alignment with finance and product management
- Define operational processes required to support the implementation and ongoing management of programs
- Develop program core messaging including value proposition for the partner and Infoblox
- Create program materials including guides, policies, and infographics
- Lead Infoblox’s Partner relationship management (PRM) tool with the goal of continuous improvement of the partner experience
- Manage Partner Operations prime, responsible for Deal Registration and system requirements
Requirements:
- 7+ years in channel programs/sales programs in a hands-on development & execution capacity
- Experience with a SaaS partner-centric model
- Experience with the creation of financial business cases, operations, and messaging
- Cross-functional experience with sales, field marketing, enablement
- Ability to be a team player as well as work independently
- Organized, able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities

- Verbal: Must be able to articulate channel strategy and program to peers and various functional business groups
- Interpersonal: Ability to create and manage a successful channel program in an ever-changing market
