Job Title: Sr Manager Partner Marketing - Direct Hire / Full Time / Perm

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Planning: Partner marketing plan for the region in combination with the sales strategies
  • Demand Generation: Create the demand generation engine with partner and be responsible for the demand generation number for the region - Deliver associated volumetrics in terms of Marketing Qualified Leads, Sales Qualified Leads, Order Book

Market Activation:

  • Identify, curate and sign off on key programs relevant for specific regional partners with partner sales route / GPG / region marketing teams / business / product LOB teams
  • Align, communicate and invite adoption of key program benefits and imperatives with relevant partner types - test with key internal and select external stakeholders
  • Engage GPG onboarding team, regional marketing, Partner sales manager,  to ensure partners are enabled to leverage and use the appropriate partner marketing program benefits
  • Ensure region specific partner marketing content on the Partner Portal is updated and periodically refreshed - in line with the program benefits and deliverables
  • Drive adoption and usage of the portal with region partners - as a lever for marketing benefits adoption
  • Support planning and delivery of Partner summits across partner types - in partnership with segment marketing and partner sales teams
  • Support annual Partner Satisfaction survey with GPG, present the y-o-y results dashboard to key stakeholders

Process and Fiscal Efficiency

  • Effective usage of partner marketingbudgets - aligned to key business and partner imperatives - deliver forecasted outcomes based ROI
  • Support MDF budgetutilization, delivering agreed outcomes
  • Enable cross leveraging / reusing / repurposing program content and collaterals across partner types and with region marketing as appropriate, to multiply business impact while saving costs
  • Maximize business impact: through proactive collaboration across GPG teams, partner sales teams, region marketing teams and other teams as appropriate, in order to ensure the GPP program benefits are established across all important touch points in the marketing value chain with a view to driving marketing benefits adoption and usage and delivering the target MQL / SQL for the region
  • ICSAT: ICSAT score at Marketing & Communications tem average, or better

Minimum qualification & experience

  • University degree with 10-12years of experience in marketing and technology
  • Demand generation skills, partner marketing, Market strategist, communication skills, Networking skills, Influencing skills
