Position’s Location:

Our Southwest Florida (Fort Myers) Gartner Campus is our largest office globally with 1,700 associates across four buildings. This location offers associates amenities which include two onsite cafes, onsite gym, outdoor walking track, open patios, and modern work spaces which foster a creative and positive work environment.

About this role:

Lead a team of Sales Support Specialists responsible for Order Management across multiple Sales Regions and multiple time zones**.

**Due to the time zones supported, this position will require a flexible schedule that will include taking occasional after hours meetings. After hours work required will vary depending on whether it is a month, quarter or year-end close.

What you’ll do:

  • Day to day management of assigned Managers, Assistant Managers and associates. Promoting teamwork, customer service and individual development.
  • Apply Change Management skills and lead associates through process and systems changes.
  • Hiring, managing performance, coaching and developing associates to deliver outstanding performance.
  • Audit existing client services, binders and contract value allocation in the various global entities and client organizations.
  • Identify variances and lead resolution in compliance to the compensation plan, the sales playbook, rules of engagement and territory management.
  • Work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Corporate Pricing and Deal Hub management and provide guidance to resolve issues and handle escalations.
  • Strictly adhere to order processing and SOX guidelines.
  • Provide reporting and detailed metrics for monthly review.
  • Proactively lead monthly meetings with sales managers and teams.
  • Proactive and inquisitive problem-solving.
  • Regular review and updating of processes to ensure the department maintains pace with the changing environment.
  • Conduct training at various levels (Team, Department, Sales New Hires and assigned Sales regions).

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Experience in systems implementations.
  • Experienced in the Quote to Cash process.
  • Experience leading and developing large teams.
  • Knowledge of varied CRM and Order Management applications.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong initiative and willingness to take on projects in a proactive manner.
