What you’ll do
- Develop and drive sales growth plan and implement relevant deal strategies to drive sales growth and market share growth.
- You are responsible for the conversion of business opportunities to actual deals and revenue with support from LiFi Business team.
- Generate sales leads supporting the business targets and long-term strategy (Sales, Profitability, Productivity).
- Represent Signify LiFi at events, sales meetings, and customer visits in the market.
- Responsible for market base pricing on deal level to realize optimal value creation
- Give Input to and work with Segment Leaders for new solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with Signify North America organization, and external delivery partners.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business administration / business economics / marketing
- 10+ years of commercial sales experience in an IT / Networking/Telecom high-tech organization.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience selling within defense segment in the USA.
- Experience with leveraging multifaceted Go to Market sales models to include defense contractors, distribution, Rep agent, VAP, or VAR.
- Previous experience working in a start -up environment selling a novel technology. solution into greenfield National sales territory while exceeding quotas/revenue targets.
- Ability to travel 65-70 % of the time
