Facilitate, Coordinate and Communicate across cross-functional stakeholders.
Build partnerships and develop collaborative playbooks to drive consistency in store category design planning.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define objectives, standards, and execution in support of strategic priority.
Set expectations and facilitate strategy intake meetings ensuring objectives are met within prototypical choices.
Identify barriers and obstacles and problem solve to overcome.
Lead, plan, develop, and manage proposals, roadmaps, initiatives, process streams and communication plans in support of the strategic initiative objective.
Gather data and strategic initiatives from a variety of functional stakeholders, interpret data, and present a cohesive and compelling story to inform decision-making.
Elevate the teammate and athlete experience by driving consistency and standardization of in-store environment growth initiatives supporting adoption and scalability.
Partner to grow a sustainable library of space iterations that reflect strategies across multiple store size ranges.
Customize and create efficient tools, outputs, and deliverables to drive awareness, progress, and compliance.
Creatively solve problems with strategic thinking, detail orientation and objectivity to promote best outcomes.
Analyze the performance of space productivity to inform future planning.
Analyze adjacencies and affinities to provide recommendations based on athlete insights.
Support with space productivity analysis and standardization of reporting for cross-functional use.
Develop strategies to improve space allocation across existing and future stores
Partner on the process and socialization of cluster assignments and proposed store groups.
Drive outcome-based decisions that will reduce approval bottlenecks, allowing initiatives to meet deadlines.
Present to business management including leadership for project updates, compliance, and expected results.
Communicate and document approved exceptions that differ from prototypical application of strategies.
Be a thought leader and connect the dots within the team and cross-functional partners to promote forward thinking opportunities for change and relentless improvement.
Determine actionable opportunities and assign ownership.
Focus on value delivery and measurement outcomes as identified in Objectives and Goal Planning.
Model best in class practices to leverage data, visualization, storytelling, and insights.
Ensure that the store design process captures the proper square footages, category size ratios, category inclusion/exclusions, and latest direction on category flow and adjacencies.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field – examples include but not limited to Business Management, Merchandising or Operations, Finance, Architecture, Visual Merchandising. Business, Organizational Effectiveness
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma Practices preferred.
MBA a plus.
5-7 years of experience.
