The Sr. Manager of Finance Programs is responsible for the establishment of the overall governance structure for the finance organizations portfolio of projects. This role will help to define and support the broader organizations capabilities roadmap as well as be in the driving role to ensure the realization of those capabilities. This will be a leadership role requiring cross functional coordination, communication, and alignment across the Enterprise.
The successful candidate will have experience managing a larger organizations portfolio process with the ability to build that process from scratch. An ability to establish processes and tools to assist in the intake or requirements, align executive consensus on priorities, and coordinate the larger organizations resources towards a well communicated roadmap will be required in this role. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Design and implement an intake process that effectively manages the business needs and requirements to enhance financial and technology capability for various functions including FP&A, Controllership, Treasury, Inventor Relations and Procurement in the corporate CFO organization
Build a governance platform to evaluate business cases and ongoing business needs with cost & benefit analysis, align the priorities with the Corporate strategy, CFO stuff and key business Partners ( IT, HR etc.)
Define a comprehensive Finance capability roadmap and timeline with aligned priority and resources
Monitor program/project from initiation to completion, drive roadmap realization
Develop an effective and informative communication platform across all functions in the CFO organization
Partner with the leadership team and the broader finance/business community to stay abreast of current business concerns, potential opportunities, and information needs
Contribute to the broader financial/Enterprise tools roadmap in partnership with Finance/IT leadership
Maintain knowledge and stays current of developments in the fields of technology, business intelligence, data warehousing, data science, and emerging technologies (machine learning, AI, etc.)

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related required (Masters in Business a plus); and 7-10 years of systems / business analysis, program/project managementexperience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience.
