Sr. Manager of eCommerce (Digital Shelf) at Techtronic Industries in Charlotte, NC

The Sr. Manager, eCommerce (Digital Shelf) will lead all eCommerce performance marketing initiatives for TTI Floor Care North America. This role will be responsible for optimizing the digital shelf across all eCommerce accounts for the Hoover, Dirt Devil, Oreck, and Hoover Commercial brands.

Additionally, the Sr. Manager, eCommerce (Digital Shelf) will work closely with eCommerce vertical sales leaders to identify opportunities for growth, provide analysis and regular updates to optimization efforts, and provide strategic growth recommendations. This role will be responsible for all eCommerce advertising partnerships, SEO strategies, a/b testing, lead generation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), new product launches, and competitive benchmarking.

This position will be located in Charlotte, NC, and will report to the Vice President of Growth Marketing.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement process for content optimization for all eCommerce product detail pages
• Manage all eCommerce advertising partnerships and strategy to drive maximum conversion and incrementality
• Regularly analyze current digital shelf landscape, find opportunities for growth, and provide action plan for optimization
• Provide regular reports and updates to eCommerce sales leaders on optimization efforts to ensure accurate sales and demand plans

Minimum Job Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Analytics, or other related field
• 5+ years experience in digital marketing
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
