As a Sr. Manager of Merchant Services, you'll help design, build, and operate our large and growing Merchant Services team. You'll prepare our team for rapid growth and scale, while relentlessly focusing on efficiency and execution on some of our most challenging and complex business problems.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage mission-critical teams that drive the daily operations (e.g. on-boarding, activations) of the merchant business
  • Manage external relationships with vendors and lead process improvement, negotiations, and implementation
  • Leverage data and existing insights to understand opportunities for performance improvement
  • Brainstorm and prioritize practical, pragmatic solutions that can be executed quickly
  • Deploy a team of talented managers and associates to where they’re most needed
  • Frequently work cross functionally with DoorDash’s product, engineering, vendors, tools and operations teams

About You

  • At your core you’re a problem solver and leader, capable of solving new problems with new solutions
  • You have a bias to action and are excited to work in a fast-paced constantly evolving company
  • You have experience leading people, directly and indirectly, to a common, shared goal
  • You have 5-6 years of relevant experience in technology, business operations, and/or customer experience or support
  • 4-yeardegree in business, economics, or other relevant area
  • Authorization to work in the United States
