The Enterprise Capacity & Materials Planning Strategy (ECMPS) team within Pratt & Whitney is a rapidly growing organization established to assess the demand and output capacity of the entire P&W operations and supply chain network. Our objectives are to provide accurate and stable demand requirements and to manage schedules by using digital and analytical tools to enhance efficiencies, improve processes, and increase our speed of execution. Major functions of the ECMPS organization are Demand Management, Business Analytics and Decision Support, Network Capacity, Sales Inventory & Operations Planning, and Master Scheduling. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly critical area for Pratt & Whitney and to drive alignment between demand and capacity going forward. It also offers a unique balance between working directly with the P&L Programs (IPMTs) and Operations.

Key focus for this role:

•Interface and partner with Commercial Engines to understand OEM and aftermarket demand.
•Serve as program focal for specific engine programs (e.g. 30K, V2500, etc…).
•Act as a collaborative business partner to investigate, interrogate, and drive demand change requests through approval process.
•Work closely with ECMPS Network Capacity team to understand supply constraint points. Develop creative solutions to address situations when demand exceeds capacity.
•Develop and track OEM and aftermarket demand for each program, as well as underlying drivers.
•Drive forecast accuracy metrics; identify improvement opportunities, and accountability. In person meetings will be required, particularly for relationship building.

Education:

Required

•Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
•A minimum 10 years of significant experience
•US Citizenship isrequired

Preferred

•Master'sd Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or related field
•A minimum 7years of prior relevant experience
•APICS certification preferred
ACE Associate or higher
