Job Description

Job Summary: Position will support the U.S. Marketing teams in the planning, execution, and implementation of disease and on-label promotional programs. This individual will report to the Sr. Director, US Marketing – Product and Customer Experience, and will work closely with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Sales Training, Commercial Operations, Contracting/pricing, and Legal/Regulatory to facilitate the development, production, and the dissemination of all U.S. sales and marketing materials. The position requires strong project management skills along with experience in developing, producing, and finalizing marketing pieces and programs with both external (HCPs) and internal (field sales, marketing, legal, regulatory, and medical) customers in mind. Critically, manage all materials through the Material Copy Clearance Process (MCC). The candidate must have a proven ability to coordinate and successfully implement multiple projects simultaneously.

Major Accountabilities:

Process Expert/Lead: Serve as the centralized 'knowledge hub' ofthe Material Copy Clearance Process, providing guidance to project owners on process. Evaluate material content to ensure quality and consistency of messaging at the development and review stages of projects. Lead the MCC process and team in the review, approval, and release of customer oriented materials collaborating with process stakeholders to ensure regulatory and company standards are consistently met. Manage the commercial planning calendar through a dedicated project manager to ensure all key elements of US Commercial Organization and the Flu selling cycle. This will allow the optimization of the ongoing business of thecommercial organization and ensure no key element of the business is missed. Budget management: ensure the commercial organization budget is managed and spend is tracking based on current budget estimates. This will be in concert with marketing managers and commercial assistants. Support additional resources (agency, or in house/freelance designers) requirements to ensure all materials are prepared and ready to be released to the field based on MCC feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

BA/BS Degree + 7-10 year experience in marketing operations and/or material copy clearance process (copy clearance is critical for this role) Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Excellent organization, detail oriented and multi-tasking skills. Exceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities. Ability to work effectively across a matrix organization. Ability to work independently and prioritize with minimal daily instruction.
