We are looking for an experienced campaign/brand marketing leader. Our ideal candidate is a natural leader, self-starter, quick learner, and a consummate multi-tasker with a high-tech or CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) marketing background and a true passion for storytelling. S/he will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be flexible, personable, and a team player. The Senior Manager of Marketing Campaigns will work very closely with the executive team, sales, and customer success teams to build the rapidly growing View brand. A sense of humor and a creative mind is must.

 

ESSENTIAL POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Manager of Marketing Campaigns will own and drive View's awareness efforts via creative story-telling arcs expressed through customer stories, case studies, videos, events and any other means logical to our ultimate end goal – letting the world know who we are, what we do and why they should choose View! You will be working in conjunction with the leadership team, and of course the wider Marketing team. You will also be the practical execution arm, working withinternal and external partners, to bring all this to life.

  • Development, creation, and management of comprehensive, cross-regional, campaigns and their timely execution to help increase awareness to our target decision makers and build the sales pipeline.
  • Ensures campaigns can be activated regionally taking into account local market conditions and practices.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with internal teams, including product marketing, creative/branding, digital, marcom, partners, and external agencies. Ensures full sales and marketing alignment including development of sales tools and assets
  • Development of key positioning and messaging as well as writing of campaign materials
  • Tracking, review, and metrics of results
  • Budget development, management, and adherence

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Proven record of successful, targeted, creative marketing campaigns and deliverables.
  • Superb leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and writing abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of all marketing media and principles, traditional and digital
  • Understanding of branding fundamentals including positioning, messaging, and design
  • Experience with building customer profiles and journey maps
  • The ability to create the unexpected within traditional marketing channels
  • Demonstrable knowledge of video
  • Minimum of 7 years applicable experience
  • BA/BS from an accredited four-year university
