Introducing our sales and service clients to our solutions for enterprise applications Integration is the responsibility of this campaigns professional. You'll be responsible for running full-funnel campaigns to help customers understand how we simplify this complexity, and fuel the success of their customer service agents and sales staff.
Using a broad portfolio of B2B marketing tactics, the Campaigns Lead is responsible for delivering on key marketing and revenue targets and managing the marketing budget for your solutions. On any given day, the Campaigns Lead will find themselves -
Partnering with our MuleSoft Composer Product Marketing team to translate the product message into compelling customer engagement tactics that help us reach Sales and Service executives and the Operations and IT leaders who support them.
Coordinating the output of our creative team to help in the project management of campaign execution.
Meeting with our digital teams to optimize our SEO, SEM, Display, and digital demand generation programs.
Engaging ISV partners to drive co-marketing programs across our partnership.
Strategizing around the content journey presented to key decision-makers.
Ensuring your lead pipeline is effectively landing into the right follow up the channel, and that salespeople know how to best engage with each prospect.
Working with your immediate peers and on other product lines to determine synergy and cross-promotion opportunities.
Identifying new vendors and customer engagement channels through which we can effectively reach prospects.
Meeting with sales and product leadership to ensure alignment of marketing priorities with short- and long-term sales priorities.
Optimizing campaign performance with an eye to budget performance and KPIs.
The ideal candidate for the Campaigns Lead role will bring to the team -
- Understanding of enterprise B2B full-funnel campaigns. Chances are you're able to rhyme off 3-4 integrations that are typical within modern contact centers and sales teams.
- A Bachelor degree from a 4-year college/university, or equivalent experience.
- Enterprise application marketing experience, ideally from the campaigns, product marketing, or sales function of a cloud based B2B provider.
- 5+ years' experience driving market demand and sales pipeline programs.
- Demonstrated experience in leading others through influence - as opposed to direct reporting structures.
- A keen ability to translate 'messages' into 'market content', and optimize the compelling delivery of that content through different channels.
- Strong analytical skill set, and a high degree of comfort in working with reporting and BI toolsets.
- The ability to operate in a highly matrixed environment.
