Role Overview:

Lucas Group has partnered with a leading financial services company on their search for a Sr. Manager of HR & Employee Development located in Wilmington, DE. The Sr. Manager is responsible for facilitating a range of HR functions with a main focus in performance management and employee development. This position will work closely with the Director of HR and senior leadership in developing, executing and evaluating ongoing Human Resources policies, programs, and activities. This role will also include advising leadership on the appropriate methods of addressing performance issues and developmental opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related area
  • 5+ years related experience
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Robust analytical skills
