The Sr. Manager, Global Logistics & Compliance will lead the company’s global logistics & compliance department through efforts in cost reduction, process improvement, performance improvement, budget maintenance, and complete global import/export compliance. The Sr. Manager, Global Logistics & Compliance will have a team of (3) regional managers (AMER, APAC, EMEA) who each run their local teams. Core functions of the Logistics & Compliance department are Logistics Customer Support, Import/Export Compliance, Carrier/Partner Management, Door-to-Door Solutions, Courier Management, Transportation Spend Management, and others. The Sr. Manager, Global Logistics & Compliance will report directly to the Director Partnerships & Logistics. The position requires complete oversight of global transportation spend management and providing executive level status summary and decision making proposals (ie routing guides, $/LB reviews, optimization projects, FedEx/UPS/DHL Contract renegotiation's, monthly transportationreporting, and others.
