The Senior Manager, Global Infrastructure provides technical and tactical management for the support and operational health of our digitalinfrastructure. This is a hands-on position, not just a leadership role, requiring operational excellence. The Senior Manager, Global Infrastructure is accountable for overall stability, timeliness, and quality of the technical services for their teams and provides key performance indicator (KPI)'s to measure and demonstrate the actual performance and capabilities of these services. The Senior Manager, Global Infrastructure will develop the overall strategic direction and roadmap for their area of responsibility.

The Role:

• Manage the restoration of major incidents and ensure the implementation of the corrective actions required to prevent recurrence.
• Cultivates and promotes a mission-driven culture of high-quality performance, with a focus on customer service, consistency, integrity, and accountability.
• Directs and assists in carrying out department responsibilities and collaborates with the leadership team and staff to support short- and long-term goals/priorities.
• Oversees the overall program/project execution, budget, schedule, and staffing requirements.
• Directs efforts of internal stakeholders and third-party vendors, as well as assures that integrated solutions are provided to meet the organization's needs.
• Guides and coaches the infrastructure teams in all facets of IT and business processes.
• Actively monitors IT system health and resolves/escalates issues encountered.
• On call 24/7, possible after hour needs to support major incidents.
• Other duties as assigned.

The Candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience in information-technology, engineering, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in network design, infrastructure operations and/or IT
• Minimum of 3 years of managing highly technically individuals
• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a managed service provider (MSP) environment
• Must have experience in data center migrations
• Must have M&A experience
