Job Summary: This position will have shared responsibility for the development, coordination, and oversight of all operational and organizational aspects of the UPMC Work Partners' Employee Health / MyHealth@Work operations. Additionaly, this position is responsible for administrative leadership, policy development, coordination and planning for the employee health function across the UPMC Health System. reponsibiilites require knowledge of administrative processes, budget, personnel, and regulatory issues as they relate to Employee Health.
Job Requirements: Registered Nurse with current Pennsylvania licensure, minimum 5-7 years clinical experience in supervisory/clinical lead role or practice manager with 7-10 years experience. Masters degree in Nursing, Health Management or Buisness required and/or equivalen professional/educational experience. Minimum 5 years' experience in Occupational Medicine and/or Emplooyee Health related discipl
