Synack is seeking a creative, energetic, results and metrics-obsessed expert in demand generation. This autonomous position will build and deliver campaigns that ensure field success and revenue results and will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product and Executive teams. Success in this position requires a variety of talents that include creativity, flawless organization, problem-solver, juggler, knowledge of demand gen tools. We want a thinker and a doer!

Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Generate new leads by designing and developing highly-targeted marketingcampaigns, including email campaigns, webinars and events
  • Develop unique campaigns targeted toward key market segments that increase brand awareness
  • Manage campaign content, performance reporting and analysis
  • Help develop and execute Synack exclusive events and tradeshows
  • Communicate with executive team regarding program execution and lead performance results
  • Collaborate across groups, with different content and mediums to execute strategic marketing programs
  • Partner with sales teams to determine ongoing improvements to the lead flow and reporting process

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
  • 4+ years of marketingexperience in a fast-paced company with a focus on pipeline building and demand generation
  • Experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • Experience juggling multiple priorities and projects at once
  • An analytical mind with an attention to detail
  • Fearless desire to try new things
