Lead digital initiatives and develop programs in an effort to drives sales and guest count while maximizing marketing program efficiencies and ROI. Establish metrics to verify ROI of programs and position.


  • Lead a team with the goal of increasing traffic to the website and then converting the customers to their desired outcomes

  • This includes experience with website, mobile, SEO, local search, web analytics, web conversion, Content management systems, and web technology

  • Serve as the catalyst that dramatically improves the way people discover and engage with 7-Eleven

  • Spearhead new product and content initiatives that build trust and utility with our users and match unmet search demand 

  • Lead the vision for a global framework for 7-Eleven’s digital presence including location management

  • Development and implementation of 7-Eleven digital programs.

  • Lead the creation of insight driven digital program strategies and tactics from opportunity identification through to experience definition. To include web, mobile, in-store TV, social networking and emerging technology

  • Liaise and consult with marketing managers on all interactive, mobile and social media programs.

  • Work with marketing managers on category, supplier and promotion specific programs to ensure all marketing initiatives have a strategic, integrated and cutting-edge digitalcomponent.
  • Management of digital agency relationships.
    • Manage budget, hours and project priority.
    • Review and negotiate project costs for incremental programs.
  • Management of, and mobile equivalents. Position and maintain 7-Eleven as a best-in-class digitalexperience provider. Balance messaging and initiatives between both web properties. Development and/or management of Slurpee and 7-Eleven applications. Work with mobile and interactive agencies and/or other partners to develop best in class mobile applications for 7-Eleven 
  • Work with Brand Director, Marketing Manager and Digital Innovations Team to increase user base and transactions through exclusive programming, gifts and partner alliances.
  • Work with Digital Innovations team on implementation of future digital marketing related technology.
  • Oversight of 7-Eleven in store TV network. Work with marketing managers, network provider and agency to develop a network strategy, integrate with other 7-Eleven digital and traditional tactics and execute monthly programs.  


  • Education: Bachelors/4 Yr Degree
  • Experience: 3-5, experience in digital/interactive strategy and website development.
  • Experience with loyalty programs, sweepstakes and partner marketing.
  • Mobile marketing experience.
  • Proven track record in managing external relationships with agencies, partners and vendors.
  • Must have strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to manage multiple projects to meet strategic objectives within specific time and budget guidelines.
