Join our team as a Sr. Manager, Digital Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Social in CGI's Marketing group. This role will report to the Director, Digital Marketing and Customer Experience and is a key leadership position that will work cross-functionally and will support all lines of business across the organization. The position includes accountability for all aspects of the strategy, planning, tactical execution, and optimization for CRM and Social media and will lead the integrated channel strategy for email, push, SMS and social properties. This role manages multiple product management teams and will be based at our global corporate headquarters in Oak Brook, IL.
