Job Description

The Digital Analytics/Insights Senior Analyst will be responsible for working with internal audiences across the enterprise to identify digital key performance indicators; analyze, understand, and communicate performance trends and optimization recommendations; and provide insights and data stories to help accelerate the success of digital strategies and tactics.


  • Collect business requirements and ask probing questions to fully understand business needs and how they relate to key performance measurements.
  • Collaborate with business segments on performance targets for campaigns and "always on" digital tactics, and provide reports on results vs. targets and optimization recommendations
  • Advocate for highest impact needs, help develop the business case, and provide inputs for ROI analysis
  • Collaborate with business segments on "telling the story" of digital performance and behaviors, and assist with presentation creation and delivery
  • Create, maintain, and interpret dashboards and reports, including long-term trends, campaign and/or page performance, and customer segments
  • Use web analytics data to recognize patterns and trends to understand visitor behavior and identify improvement opportunities
  • Monitor the integrity of all web analytics data, working with platform owners to correct data collection issues where necessary


  • 5-7 years of digital marketing experience required
  • Attention to detail in reporting and analysis required
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe Analytics and Excel with willingness to learn additional software systems
  • Experience with Tableau and Alteryx or similar tools
  • Experience with analyzing digital media, email, and CRM data
